The cabs

Five different speakers for five different jobs. Pick the one that fits the song, the guitar and the room.

  • AL412 Alnico-style 4x12. Chimey, bell-like top with real weight underneath.
  • GB212 Greenback-style 2x12. Warm, woody and vocal in the mids. Forgiving with drive.
  • MX212 Matchless-style 2x12. Punch from an H30, chime from an Alnico Blue. The classic boutique worship cab.
  • VT412 Vintage 30-style 4x12. Tight lows and forward upper mids. The bark that cuts through a full band.
  • AM112 American 1x12, open back. Glassy and open. Built for clean amps and pedal-driven tones.

Five voicings for every cab

Match the IR to your rig instead of fighting your EQ.

  • STD The cab as it is. Start here.
  • MID A mid push for thin pickups and scooped amps that disappear in the band.
  • THICK More lows and mids, softer top. For bright guitars and harsh rooms.
  • XT1 Big low end with clarity intact.
  • XT2 Even more low end plus a presence lift. Huge on its own.

Each one comes in three mic blends: 57 for bite, 121 for a smoother ribbon top (421 on the GB212), and MIX for the balanced 50/50.

Not sure where to begin?

Open the Start Here folder. It has the MIX version of every cab in every voicing. Find the one you like, then try its 57 and 121 versions. Each folder also has a graph so you can see how the IRs compare.

Why I made these

I'm Jimmy Cooper. I've played guitar in worship for over a decade. I build presets for Helix, POD Go, HX Stomp and more, and I teach worship guitarists how to dial in their own tone. These IRs started as an experiment for my own rig. Now they're what I play every Sunday.
